BP and sugar levels begin to rise only after one to two hours of sleep, but around four o’clock in the morning, its level becomes very high. BP of patients with normal BP also reaches 160–170. This is the natural action of the body. If the level of BP and sugar does not increase, then the person will get dizzy to get up. He said that many harmful hormones are also released in the body while sleeping at night. In such a situation, people who have blockages in their heart get a heart attack due to shock of blood pressure.
